By accessing and using Kocial (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Community Guidelines
When participating in communities, you agree to:
- Respect other users and their opinions
- Follow community-specific rules and guidelines
- Report inappropriate content to moderators
- Engage in constructive and meaningful discussions
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant Kocial a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Post content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
- Spam or engage in other disruptive behavior
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Payment & Subscription
Paid features require a valid subscription. Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for renewal fees until you cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
After the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kocial operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kocial, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Trademark
Kocial® and Qocial are registered trademarks owned by R. Sharma, protected since 2017. Registration or use of these names in domains, app listings, social handles, business names or advertising is not permitted without prior written authorization. See the brand notice.
